Correction Requested: Company Name: Bluebik Vulcan Company Limited (Head Office) Tax ID: 0105565196514 Address: No.199 S-OASIS Building, 11th Floor, Unit no. 1103-1106, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok, Thailand 10900 What Happened: I initially contacted Apple Developer Support, but they informed me that they do not handle invoice modifications and asked me to contact Apple Store Online. When I contacted Apple Store Online, they redirected me back to Developer Support. This back-and-forth has been going on for days, and no one has taken responsibility for my request. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Could someone from Apple clarify which team is responsible for invoice modifications and escalate this matter? I have updated my iPhone 15 pro max to 18.4 yesterday. Some apps are not connecting to internet and some apps are not loading. i have tried to turn off find my option so I could restore the phone to 18.3 but It stays on. Any solution to restore my phone back to 18.3 or an update fix?

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response? I am enrolling to apple developer account and made a payment using UPI with Paytm and successfully setup Automatic payment from paytm and paid 8700 INR to apple but after that it is showing pending till now. Since 3 days passed till now i contacted apple support but no responce also money is debited from my account.

Hi, I'm wondering if there is any better documentation relating to card session handling. The informations are kind of limited: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/corenfc/cardsession/ It's not clear what should be used for keeping session or should it be created again after each transaction ? When I create a card session I pass the transaction but when at the and I call stopEmulation on card session than there is a problem with another transaction. What about the NFCPresentmentIntentAssertion? I know there's not information about "maximum suppression duration". I may only check isValid or acquire() on it. There's no information about how to properly manage it for another transaction. To sum up is that I would like to know should I create the new cardSession for each transaction (which would be strange cause it looks like singleton for me). If theres any impact when calling stopEnumaltion to cardSession or the startEmulation function may be called? The main issue is the 'double tap' flow where user must authenticate him during transaction.

Hi, I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. We have attempted submitting the approvals a couple times with no success. Recently we had an error on screen saying %%USE_I18N_STRING_ERROR%% and Verification Unsuccessful. I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement. My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page). We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back. We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!

My timeline: Initial application: October 2024 Initial follow-up: October 2024 Requested document submission: February 2025 Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025 Current status: No response for months I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents). Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received. My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers. Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success. Issues Encountered: Web Payment Failure - The system fails to charge my Wise card with no explanation or alternative resolution. Apple Developer App Verification Failure: My ID card is consistently rejected, despite submitting high-quality images that meet every listed requirement. I strongly suspect that your verification service does not properly recognize Bulgarian ID cards. EuroDev Support Response: My experience with eurodev[at]apple.com has been nothing short of disappointing. After resetting my enrollment process, they ceased communication entirely. Prior to that, responses were vague, unhelpful, and did not address my concerns meaningfully. Given the inefficiency and lack of response from the EuroDev team, I am requesting immediate escalation of my case to someone who can provide a concrete resolution. For comparison, my enrollment in Microsoft’s Developer Program was completed within one week, and their support team responded within a single business day. The level of friction in Apple’s process is simply unacceptable for a company of this scale, not to mention what Apple's vision is missing and what they stand for. Hello there, I have been using all kind of apple products until now. I must create an application for a company for internal use and I want to distribute it via appstore. I have a problem that applications created are only available for a week nothing more without enrolling to apple developer program. I created a developer account but it says "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us.". I have sent an email regarding the problem but did not get any answers yet. Since I have to publish application as soon as possible I want urgent solution. How to solve this problem?

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

I am member of Apple Developer Program for 4 years. Normally, it is renewing at 27 February each year. This year it is not renewed and also I can not renew it manually. I tried it via Mac, IOS, Apple Developer App but none of them is working. There is no renew/cancel etc option. When I check app only it says you have a membership with a past date but click is not working. Need help urgently!

Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.
