I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment.
Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team
what should I do?

I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience.
Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works.
To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption.
Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account.
Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay.
Apple, please fix this. Developers outside the U.S. deserve better.

Hei everyone.
As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake.
I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it.
However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this :
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.
I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment.
How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now?
I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts.

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.”
I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided.
This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need:
A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked.
Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access.
Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

I’m in crisis mode and desperately need advice. Launching in 10 days and just hit a major roadblock.
Background:
Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development
Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier
Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch
a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping
The Crisis:
Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing
Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch
Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks
Launch is in 10 days
What I’ve Done:
Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency
Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request
Desperate Questions:
Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs?
Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues?
Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear)
Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of?
The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight.
This is our first time so learning a lot the hard way 🫠.

Hello,
I represent a registered business operating under a developer account that has always followed Apple’s guidelines, complied fully with review requests, and submitted documentation whenever asked. We have never knowingly violated any policy, and we categorically deny any dishonest or fraudulent behavior.
Last week, our developer account was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or opportunity to address concerns. The message provided no specific reason, no actionable details, and no path to resolution. This has left us completely locked out — unable to appeal through standard channels, and unable to contact anyone directly. It’s shocking, disorienting, and devastating to a legitimate business with employees, users, and operations depending on this platform.
To make matters worse, this is not the first time. A previous termination notice was sent weeks ago and then — after we submitted a respectful and professional appeal — Apple quietly reversed the decision overnight, without any explanation or follow-up. We were left to assume it was a mistake. We had hoped that incident was rare and behind us.
Now it’s happening again, without explanation, and without a human conversation. We are losing money and users every day, and we’re still in the dark about what Apple believes we did wrong — because no one has told us.
We submitted a support ticket (ID: 102590329012), but have received no reply. We are committed to transparency, and we’re ready to provide any information needed. But we need someone to acknowledge this issue and help us find a path forward.
If anyone has experienced something similar or knows of escalation methods that worked, please share. We’re doing everything we can to resolve this respectfully — but we are shocked and deeply concerned.

i am not a developer but im being hacked and my devices are being enrolled into developer / mdm on all my personal apple devices
it startted off with all these logs on my phone/ mac that was logging all my activity, networks, device details etc.
its gotten to the point that its putting my life in danger
my 911 calls even were being intercepted and i saw a list of voices downloaded and when certain words i said were said; they would be ignored or replaced.
i suspect my identity haa been stolen and ive been illegally enrolled or configurated by apple configurator to basically have a software license agreement that i never agreed to and do not even have the capability of using
when i go to apple developer it says all system status active
please i need help asap someone is hacking me and i do not agree to these terms!!
Hello everyone. I'm hoping to get some guidance on a unique and difficult situation we've been facing for over a year.
Our app was approved and had been live on the App Store for some time. However, 13 months ago, our developer account enrollment was revoked. Since then, our app has remained live on the App Store, but we've been unable to make any updates, fix bugs, or respond to user feedback.
We've been trying to resolve this with Apple for over a year, sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls, but we've had no luck getting through to anyone who can help. To make matters even more confusing, we were recently charged for our annual developer program renewal, despite being unable to use the service.
This renewal charge has left us in an unclear position. We were starting to lose hope that this issue could ever be resolved, but this recent charge has made us wonder if there's still a chance. We are seeking advice on whether we should continue to hold out hope or if this is a sign we should move on.
If anyone has experience with a similar issue or knows of an effective way to escalate this matter to the right people at Apple, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier.
I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal.
My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID.
APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices.
Device tokens are valid and properly stored.
The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken.
Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on:
Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes?
Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON?
Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes?
Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications?

I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I’ve run into repeated issues and haven’t received any response or confirmation.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
I created a new Apple ID with my real name (first and last name).
Enabled two-factor authentication.
Verified that my billing and shipping addresses are complete.
Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone.
Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing.
No charges appear on my bank account either.
I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply.
I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card.
At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple?

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations.
Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it:
