For some reason, my Apple Developer subscription didn't connect.
Please help. I purchased an Apple Developer account subscription through the iPhone app. It's listed in the App Store, but it's not listed in Apple Developer itself. I've been waiting for a response from support for over a week, but it's as if they've completely forgotten about me; no one's responding. Although, in fact, it says two days ago. Has anyone else encountered this and can help? It's asking me to pay a second time, and through the website.

How can I set up a B2B subscription with ABM + MDM + Paywall
I am looking for guidance on how people have solved this problem/use case. What is the best way to structure a seat based subscription app that an organization can pay for seats for all their users, can be distributed via mdm or via app store and is easy (low friction) to get paid for and started for small companies? I market to a business to buy my app, they want it installed on all 25 devices they have. They use ABM to acquire 25 licenses with and MDM to distribute. The app is currently free to download so ABM charges $0 but has a paywall to use. The paywall is a RevenueCat one and no user account is needed. All entitlements and free trial work great. When it is deployed to the 25 devices, they can either sign up with their own AppleId and own/company credit card, or use a company appleid and company card for all 25 devices to solve the issue but neither are great. Doubtful they would want to pay their money for a company required app on a company phone (don’t blame them). If they share an appleid, my MRR drops to 1/25th since they will just share the purchase. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wrong position of searchable component on first render
Hey all, I found a weird behaviour with the searchable component. I created a custom bottom nav bar (because I have custom design in my app) to switch between screens. On one screen I display a List component with the searchable component. Whenever I enter the search screen the first time, the searchable component is displayed at the bottom. This is wrong. It should be displayed at the top under the navigationTitle. When I enter the screen a second time, everything is correct. This behaviour can be reproduced on all iOS 26 versions on the simulator and on a physical device with debug and release build. On iOS 18 everything works fine. Steps to reproduce: Cold start of the app Click on Search TabBarIcon (searchable wrong location) Click on Home TabBarIcon Click on Search TabBarIcon (searchable correct location) Simple code example: import SwiftUI struct ContentView: View { @State var selectedTab: Page = Page.main var body: some View { NavigationStack { ZStack { VStack { switch selectedTab { case .main: MainView() case .search: SearchView() } } VStack { Spacer() VStack(spacing: 0) { HStack(spacing: 0) { TabBarIcon(iconName: "house", selected: selectedTab == .main, displayName: "Home") .onTapGesture { selectedTab = .main } TabBarIcon(iconName: "magnifyingglass", selected: selectedTab == .search, displayName: "Search") .onTapGesture { selectedTab = .search } } .frame(maxWidth: .infinity) .frame(height: 55) .background(Color.gray) } .ignoresSafeArea(.all, edges: .bottom) } } } } } struct TabBarIcon: View { let iconName: String let selected: Bool let displayName: String var body: some View { ZStack { VStack { Image(systemName: iconName) .resizable() .renderingMode(.template) .aspectRatio(contentMode: .fit) .foregroundColor(Color.black) .frame(width: 22, height: 22) Text(displayName) .font(Font.system(size: 10)) } } .frame(maxWidth: .infinity) } } enum Page { case main case search } struct MainView: View { var body: some View { VStack { Image(systemName: "globe") .imageScale(.large) .foregroundStyle(.tint) Text("Hello, world!") } .padding() .navigationTitle("Home") } } struct SearchView: View { @State private var searchText = "" let items = [ "Apple", "Banana", "Pear", "Strawberry", "Orange", "Peach", "Grape", "Mango" ] var filteredItems: [String] { if searchText.isEmpty { return items } else { return items.filter { $0.localizedCaseInsensitiveContains(searchText) } } } var body: some View { List(filteredItems, id: \.self) { item in Text(item) } .navigationTitle("Fruits") .searchable(text: $searchText, placement: .navigationBarDrawer(displayMode: .always), prompt: "Search") } }

Apple Silicon M1 crashing with IOPCIFamily based custom KEXT
We have developed an IOPCIFamily based custom KEXT to communicate with Thunderbolt interface storage device. This KEXT is working fine with Apple machines with Intel CPUs in all types of machines (iMac, iMac Pro and MacBooks). We tested this KEXT with Apple Silicon M1 machine where we are observing crash for the very first command we send to the Thunderbolt device. We observed that there is difference in number of bits in Physical Address we use for preparing command PRPs. In Intel machines we get 28-Bit Physical Address whereas in M1 we are getting 36-Bit address used for PRPs. We use inTaskWithPhysicalMask api to allocate memory buffer we use for preparing command PRPs. Below are the options we have used for this: options: kIOMemoryPhysicallyContiguous | kIODirectionInOut capacity: 16kb physicalMask: 0xFFFFF000UL (We want 4kb aligned memory) According to below documentation, we have to use inTaskWithPhysicalMask api to get memory below 4gb. https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/Darwin/Conceptual/64bitPorting/KernelExtensionsandDrivers/KernelExtensionsandDrivers.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40001064-CH227-SW1 Some devices can only handle physical addresses that fit into 32 bits. To the extent that it is possible to use 64-bit addresses you should do so, but for these devices, you can either use IODMACommand or the initWithPhysicalMask method of IOBufferMemoryDescriptor to allocate a bounce buffer within the bottom 4 GB of physical memory. So just want to know what's the difference between Intel and ARM64 architecture with respect to physical memory access. Is there any difference between byte order for physical memory address..?? Crash log is given below: panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe0016e08cd8): "apciec[0:pcic0-bridge]::handleInterrupt: Request address is greater than 32 bits linksts=0x99000001 pcielint=0x00020000 linkcdmsts=0x00000800 (ltssm 0x11=L0)\n" Debugger message: panic Memory ID: 0x6 OS release type: User OS version: 20C69 Kernel version: Darwin Kernel Version 20.2.0: Wed Dec 2 20:40:21 PST 2020; root:xnu-7195.60.75~1/RELEASEARM64T8101 Fileset Kernelcache UUID: 3E6AA74DF723BCB886499A5AAB34FA34 Kernel UUID: 48F71DB3-6C91-3E62-9576-3A1DCEF2B536 iBoot version: iBoot-6723.61.3 secure boot?: YES Paniclog version: 13 KernelCache slide: 0x000000000dbfc000 KernelCache base: 0xfffffe0014c00000 Kernel slide: 0x000000000e73c000 Kernel text base: 0xfffffe0015740000 Kernel text exec base: 0xfffffe0015808000 machabsolutetime: 0x12643a9c5 Epoch Time: sec usec Boot : 0x5fe06736 0x0009afbc Sleep : 0x00000000 0x00000000 Wake : 0x00000000 0x00000000 Calendar: 0x5fe067fd 0x0006569d CORE 0 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015971798 CORE 1 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c5c CORE 2 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c5c CORE 3 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c5c CORE 4 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c60 CORE 5 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c60 CORE 6 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c60 CORE 7 recently retired instr at 0xfffffe0015972c60 Panicked task 0xfffffe166ce9e550: 75145 pages, 462 threads: pid 0: kernel_task Panicked thread: 0xfffffe166d053918, backtrace: 0xfffffe306cb4b6d0, tid: 141 lr: 0xfffffe0015855f8c fp: 0xfffffe306cb4b740 lr: 0xfffffe0015855d58 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4b7b0 lr: 0xfffffe0015977f5c fp: 0xfffffe306cb4b7d0 lr: 0xfffffe0015969914 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4b880 lr: 0xfffffe001580f7e8 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4b890 lr: 0xfffffe00158559e8 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bc20 lr: 0xfffffe00158559e8 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bc90 lr: 0xfffffe0015ff03f8 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bcb0 lr: 0xfffffe0016e08cd8 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bd60 lr: 0xfffffe00166bc778 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4be30 lr: 0xfffffe0015f2226c fp: 0xfffffe306cb4be80 lr: 0xfffffe0015f1e2f4 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bec0 lr: 0xfffffe0015f1f050 fp: 0xfffffe306cb4bf00 lr: 0xfffffe0015818c14 fp: 0x0000000000000000 Kernel Extensions in backtrace: com.apple.driver.AppleEmbeddedPCIE(1.0)[4F37F34B-EE1B-3282-BD8B-00009B954483]@0xfffffe00166b4000->0xfffffe00166c7fff dependency: com.apple.driver.AppleARMPlatform(1.0.2)[5CBA9CD0-E248-38E3-94E5-4CC5EAB96DE1]@0xfffffe0016148000->0xfffffe0016193fff dependency: com.apple.driver.IODARTFamily(1)[88B19766-4B19-3106-8ACE-EC29201F00A3]@0xfffffe0017890000->0xfffffe00178a3fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.9)[5187699D-1DDC-3763-934C-1C4896310225]@0xfffffe0017c48000->0xfffffe0017c63fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOReportFamily(47)[93EC9828-1413-3458-A6B2-DBB3E24540AE]@0xfffffe0017c64000->0xfffffe0017c67fff com.apple.driver.AppleT8103PCIeC(1.0)[35AEB73B-D51E-3339-AB5B-50AC78740FB8]@0xfffffe0016e04000->0xfffffe0016e13fff dependency: com.apple.driver.AppleARMPlatform(1.0.2)[5CBA9CD0-E248-38E3-94E5-4CC5EAB96DE1]@0xfffffe0016148000->0xfffffe0016193fff dependency: com.apple.driver.AppleEmbeddedPCIE(1)[4F37F34B-EE1B-3282-BD8B-00009B954483]@0xfffffe00166b4000->0xfffffe00166c7fff dependency: com.apple.driver.ApplePIODMA(1)[A8EFA5BD-B11D-3A84-ACBD-6DB25DBCD817]@0xfffffe0016b0c000->0xfffffe0016b13fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.9)[5187699D-1DDC-3763-934C-1C4896310225]@0xfffffe0017c48000->0xfffffe0017c63fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOReportFamily(47)[93EC9828-1413-3458-A6B2-DBB3E24540AE]@0xfffffe0017c64000->0xfffffe0017c67fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOThunderboltFamily(9.3.2)[11617399-2987-322D-85B6-EF2F1AD4A794]@0xfffffe0017d80000->0xfffffe0017e93fff Stackshot Succeeded Bytes Traced 277390 (Uncompressed 703968) ** System Information: Apple Silicon M1 BigSur 11.1 Model: Macmini9,1 Any help or suggestion is really appreciated. External payment providers for users in Russia when In-App Purchases are unavailable
Hello, I have a question regarding payments for iOS apps in Russia. Currently, In-App Purchases are not available or do not work for many users in Russia, making it impossible for them to purchase digital subscriptions or digital content via Apple IAP. Is it allowed to: use an external payment provider available only in Russia, show this option only to users located in that region, and unlock access to digital content after payment is completed outside the app (for example, via a web page), in cases where Apple IAP is technically unavailable? Is there any official guidance or exception for regions where Apple IAP cannot be used? Thank you.

Is Jax for Apple Silicon is still supported
Hi From https://developer.apple.com/metal/jax/ I checked all active workflows on https://github.com/jax-ml/jax and any open issues with tags Metal and seems in DEC 2025 the Jax maintainers have closed all issues citing No active development on Jax-metal and the project seems dead. We need to know how can we leverage Apple silicon for accelerated projects using popular academia library and tools . Is the JAX project still going to be supported or Apple has plans to bring something of tis own that might be platform agnostic . Thanks

New Developer here, is this allowed?
Hi, so this is my first app, it's actually almost finished, however coming closer to the app store publishing i have a few questions. First of all, i tried making an app so it's easier for people to download it instead of a website and the app has notifications so PWA are also sometimes hit or miss and my collegues are a tad older so explaining to them how to safe to homescreen for like 50 people is not the best way. So my app is actually only made for collegues of mine, when the app opens it's a registration page which most of the time will be locked.(i assume that's allowed?) There's $ prices involved (max $100) at the end if they win but there's nowhere that they need to pay or anything inside the app, it's leftovers from work related activities that gets distributed amongst the winnners. Nothing goes towards me, i earn nothing. Also it's a football pool(for the world cup) they need to predict the score, get it right and get some points, highest points winners received the prizes. To the people who have made countless apps, is Apple going to allow this app you think? Thanks in advance.

jax-metal failing due to incompatibility with jax 0.5.1 or later.
Hello, I am interested in using jax-metal to train ML models using Apple Silicon. I understand this is experimental. After installing jax-metal according to https://developer.apple.com/metal/jax/, my python code fails with the following error JaxRuntimeError: UNKNOWN: -:0:0: error: unknown attribute code: 22 -:0:0: note: in bytecode version 6 produced by: StableHLO_v1.12.1 My issue is identical to the one reported here https://github.com/jax-ml/jax/issues/26968#issuecomment-2733120325, and is fixed by pinning to jax-metal 0.1.1., jax 0.5.0 and jaxlib 0.5.0. Thank you!

iOS 26 WKWebView renders same HTML with smaller font size [closed]
I have an iOS app that generates and renders a custom HTML document inside a UIWebView. After updating a device to iOS 26, the same HTML is rendered with noticeably smaller fonts compared to previous iOS versions. No code or HTML changes were made. Context HTML is generated dynamically and rendered in a UIWebView The HTML is embedded inside a custom XML wrapper The issue happens only on iOS 26 Earlier iOS versions render the font size correctly

launchd StartCalendarInterval behavior changed
Hello! I've been successfully using StartCalendarInterval in Launch[Agent|Daemon] *.plists for years. You know the deal: Mac is sleeping when CalendarInterval passes, then launchd runs the job when Mac is awoken. (This behavior is described at the bottom of an Apple doc from 2016 -- exactly how it worked before!) Recently, behavior has changed: with the computer asleep, when the date/time of the CalendarInterval passes, macOS runs the job! Even when "sleeping". However, it gets stranger: macOS will start a job when sleeping, but then suspend it in the middle. I wrote a timestamped log to check this behavior: I see job start, pause in the middle, then resume hours later when a user wakes the computer. This all makes me think that "sleep" on macOS in the past few years is now defined differently -- perhaps an Apple Silicon change? But I can't find documentation that covers this. Buried in a WWDC video, maybe? Has anyone else seen this change in launchctl calendar scheduled jobs?

issue with my submission - 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality
Hi, Got my first submission rejected due to Design - Minimum Functionality and would like to ask for some guidance on what to do. To give some context of my app. My app is quite simple but solves a common issue in my home town. During the winter month, every street will have a certain time when parking is forbidden. This results in everyone having to move their car several times a week to avoid getting tickets. Every time you move, you need to note and remember when to move it again, etc. A parking ticket for forgetting is around 140 USD. My app aims to solve this by letting the user press a button which makes the app use the current GPS location to fetch the parking relevant parking restriction and create a notification the day before, reminding the user to move their car. Simple UI and nothing fancy. I've also created onboarding that gives relevant information the first time a user open their app. I'm a bit on the fence on what I should do to pass. In my opinion, the functionality is more than a website because it uses GPS, creates notifications, loading spinner when parking restrictions are being fetched, has onboarding, etc. I think an issue that might cause the reviewer to dismiss it is that it currently only work in my specific town - it uses certain APIs to fetch the parking restrictions. So, should I try to create more functionality (not sure what) or do I need to clearly argue my case and demo my apps functionality via recordings? Thanks in advance for any help and guidance :)

App Review Rejection – Guideline 2.1: “Create PIN” Not Responsive on iPad (iPhone-Only App)
Hi everyone, I’m looking for clarification regarding an App Review rejection under Guideline 2.1 – Performance – App Completeness. Apple reported the following issue: Bug description: “Create PIN” button was not responsive Review device: iPad Air 11-inch (M3) OS version: iPadOS 26.2.1 What’s confusing is the following: Observed behavior on our side The app has been tested extensively on: Multiple iPhone models iPad devices (including recent iPadOS versions) In all our testing: The Create PIN button is responsive The tap action triggers correctly The flow completes without errors At this point, we are unable to reproduce the issue described by App Review on either iPhone or iPad. iPhone-only intent vs iPad review The app is designed and optimized for iPhone usage only. However, the review was performed on an iPad device. If an app is available for download on iPad, is it always expected to function fully on iPad regardless of being phone-optimized? If iPad support is not intended, is explicitly disabling iPad in Deployment Info the recommended approach? Clarification on “not responsive” Since all buttons respond correctly during our testing, I’d appreciate clarification on what App Review typically means by “not responsive” in this context: Tap gesture not firing at all? Button appearing enabled but action not triggered? Touch events blocked due to layout or hit-testing issues? A state or validation condition preventing submission? Apple also attached a screenshot showing the Confirm PIN screen with the Create PIN button visible. Given that: The same build functions correctly on iPhone The issue cannot be reproduced on iPad on our side I’d like guidance on the best next step before resubmitting: Restrict the app to iPhone only, or Further adapt and validate the UI specifically for iPad review expectations Any insight from developers who’ve encountered similar review feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

App Store Events
We have run over 15 App Store Events. I have only ever seen data on 1 of them. We have several large apps, and based on our numbers, it is unlikely that we don't receive more than 5 installs from the event. We see an overall CR uplift, but no direct data in the event data section. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Need assistance preventing renewals for inactive promotional trial subscriptions
Can anyone advise on this? We distributed promotional trial codes for our app Ask Dolly. These 1-month free trials are set to renew and charge users in March 2026. A segment of users redeemed the promo codes but never created accounts or opened the app. We don't have their contact information to notify them. Our CEO has directed us to prevent these inactive subscriptions from renewing to avoid charging users who never engaged with the service. We've downloaded the Subscription and Offer Code Redemption reports from App Store Connect, but cannot map Apple's Subscriber IDs to our user database (we only store Transaction IDs). This prevents us from identifying which specific subscriptions to cancel. What We Need: Assistance preventing renewals for promotional subscriptions where users have had zero app sessions/opens as of the end of February. These trials will start to renew on March 3, 2026. We need to resolve this before then to avoid charging inactive users. Can you help us either: Cancel subscriptions associated with promo codes that show zero app engagement, or Provide guidance on how to programmatically identify and cancel these subscriptions?

Apple Developer Account Not Activated After One Month
We purchased an Apple Developer Program membership on 20th January, and even after nearly one month, the account is still not activated. The Apple Developer app continues to display “You will receive an email soon,” but we have not received any communication from Apple so far. This is a first-time subscription, and the prolonged activation delay is impacting our development and release timelines. We would appreciate clarification on the reason for this delay and guidance on the next steps.

In "Learning Programming 2", I can't use "world.place"
I'm trying the "Connect and Solve" course of Swift Playground. I can't use "world.place" to place bricks at positions (2, 2), (6, 2) (automatically disappear), but I can place bricks at positions (4, 2) in the same way. Two bricks must be placed overlapping in positions (2, 2) and (6, 2) to achieve the goal. Only when a brick is placed in position (4, 2) can the goal be achieved. The problem is that the bricks placed on (6, 2) and (2, 2) will disappear and cannot be placed successfully. The following is my code writing... let Block1 = Block() for i in 1 ... 2 { world.place(Block1, atColumn: 2, row: 2) } for i in 1 ... 2 { world.place(Block1, atColumn: 6, row: 2) } world.place(Block1, atColumn: 4, row: 2) func turnaround() { turnRight() turnRight() } func walk4() { for i in 1 ... 3 { moveForward() } } func collet() { for i in 1 ... 2 { moveForward() } toggleSwitch() turnRight() walk4() collectGem() turnaround() walk4() turnRight() } for i in 1 ... 3 { collet() } ‌I would appreciate it if someone could offer some recommendations.‌ ‌Thanks a lot‌

Analytics Reports API - Missing Data for Specific Report Endpoint for the Last Week
I'm experiencing an issue with the Analytics Reports API. Since last week, no data is being returned from the following endpoint: https://api.appstoreconnect.apple.com/v1/analyticsReports/r2-ac29debd-e528-406d-bdfa-fab6d4403ee2/instances The endpoint responds successfully but returns empty data for the date range where data should exist. Other report endpoints for the same app work correctly. Please investigate why this report stopped delivering data.
