Hi Everyone, Need help 🙌
Could someone help how to test pending purchases in Sandbox accounts ? Can test ask to buy flow ? if yes how, could not find any information about that.

Hi!
I am experiencing very long approval times for unlisted requests compared to last year.
I also get this strange html page after submitting my requests.
Is there some sort of maintenance happening to the process?

FB21940123 (Wallet Extension unable to add card)
Thanks
Hello,
We are implementing Apple Wallet extensions (PKIssuerProvisioningExtensionHandler). While our UI extension works as expected, our Non-UI extension is unable to detect payment passes provisioned by our app.
Specifically, PKPassLibrary().passes(of: .secureElement) returns an empty array when called from the Non-UI extension, even though the same call correctly returns the passes when executed from the Main iOS App.
Our Payment Network Operator has confirmed that our extension bundle identifiers are correctly registered in the metadata on their side. They suggested that the Wallet Extensions entitlement (com.apple.developer.payment-pass-provisioning) may require additional backend enablement for these specific Extension App IDs.
Is there a known reason why PKPassLibrary would behave differently in the Non-UI extension vs the Main App?
Beyond the standard entitlement request, is there a specific process to "activate" these IDs for extension visibility?
Does anyone have guidance on reaching the appropriate team for backend entitlement activation issues?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Are there workarounds for the following bugs in Xcode 16.3?
I'm looking for workarounds instead of trying newer versions of Xcode because, from what I read, the Xcode release notes do not mention these issues being fixed.
First bug:
Resizing a NSSplitView in the UI Editor is buggy. When you try to use the divider, it just does not work as expected. In the case of a vertical split, the bottom view gets shrunk whatever you try to do.
Second bug:
When you type:
(IBAction) in the source editor, you get the following buggy template (extra ')' on the right):
- (IBAction)<#selector#>:(id)sender)
Currently i am trying really hard to create experience like the Apple fitness app. So the main view is a single day and the user can swipe between days. The week would be displayed in the toolbar and provide a shortcut to scroll to the right day.
I had many attempts at solving this and it can work. You can create such an interface with SwiftUI. However, changing the data on every scroll makes limiting view updates hard and additionally the updates are not related to my code directly. Instruments show me long updates, but they belong to SwiftUI and all the advice i found does not apply or help.
struct ContentView: View {
@State var journey = JourneyPrototype(selection: 0)
@State var position: Int? = 0
var body: some View {
ScrollView(.horizontal) {
LazyHStack(spacing: 0) {
ForEach(journey.collection, id: \.self) { index in
Listing(index: index)
.id(index)
}
}
.scrollTargetLayout()
}
.scrollTargetBehavior(.paging)
.scrollPosition(id: $position)
.onChange(of: position) { oldValue, newValue in
journey.selection = newValue ?? 0
journey.update()
}
.onScrollPhaseChange { oldPhase, newPhase in
if newPhase == .idle {
journey.commit()
}
}
}
}
struct Listing: View {
var index: Int
var body: some View {
List {
Section {
Text("Title")
.font(.largeTitle)
.padding()
}
Section {
Text("\(index)")
.font(.largeTitle)
.padding()
}
Section {
Text("1 ")
Text("2 ")
Text("3 ")
Text("4 ")
Text("5 ")
Text("6 ")
}
}
.containerRelativeFrame(.horizontal)
}
}
@Observable
class JourneyPrototype {
var selection: Int
var collection: [Int]
var nextUp: [Int]?
init(selection: Int) {
self.selection = selection
self.collection = [selection]
Task {
self.collection = [-2,-1,0,1,2]
}
}
func update() {
self.nextUp = [
self.selection - 2,
self.selection - 1,
selection,
self.selection + 1,
self.selection + 2
]
}
func commit() {
self.collection = self.nextUp ?? self.collection
self.nextUp = nil
}
}
#Preview {
ContentView()
}
There are some major Problem with this abstracted prototype
ScrollView has no good trigger for the update, because if i update on change of the position, it will update much more than once. Thats why i had to split calculation and applying the diff
The LazyHStack is not optimal, because there are only 5 View in the example, but using HStack breaks the scrollPosition
Each scroll updates all List, despite changing only 2 numbers in the array. AI recommended to append and remove, which does nothing about the updates.
In my actual Code i do this with Identifiable data and the Problem is the same. So the data itself is not the problem?
Please consider, this is just the rough prototype to explain the problem, i am aware that an array of Ints is not ideal here, but the problem is the same in Instruments and much shorter to post.
Why am i posting this? Scrolling through dynamic data is required for many apps, but there is no proper solution to this online. Github and Blogs are fine with showing a progress indicator and letting the user wait, some probably perform worse than this prototype. Other solutions require UIKit like using a UIPageViewController. But even using this i run in small hitches related to layout.
Important consideration, my data for the scrollview is too big to be calculated upfront. 100 years of days that are calculated for my domain logic take too long, so i have no network request, but the need to only act on a smaller window of data.
Instruments shows long update for one scroll action tested on a iPhone SE 2nd generation
ListRepresentable has 7 updates and takes 17ms
LazySubViewPlacements has 2 updates and takes 8ms
Other long updates are too verbose to include
I would be very grateful for any help.

Hello,
I'm trying to create game in macos with transperent titlebar.
The title bar t stay transperent when I click inside, but changed to gray when the window resize or get out of focus.
How can I make it stay transperent all the time?
I did all of this:
window.styleMask.insert(.fullSizeContentView)
window.titlebarAppearsTransparent = true
window.titlebarSeparatorStyle = .none
window.titleVisibility = .hidden
window.isMovableByWindowBackground = true
window.isOpaque = false
window.backgroundColor = .black
in the swiftUI view created zstack that start with:
var body: some View {
ZStack {
Color.black.ignoresSafeArea()
help please :)
Thanks.

I have a desktop application developed in SwiftUI that shows property locations on the map. That's NOT the main feature. IF you give the application permission to access your location, the blue dot will appear on the map. If you don't, the blue user dot won't appear. That's the only difference with location services. In other words, the application has no use of user's current position beyond showing it on the map. Since it's just the matter of showing or not showing the blue dot on the map, the application doesn't really need to use the location service. Anyway, the reviewer is talking about something else by rejecting the application in two aspects.
Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage
Guideline 5.1.5 - Legal - Privacy - Location Services
As I said earlier, the application only wants to show the blue dot on the map so that you can see your property locations relative to your current location. In code, it's something like the following.
Map(position: $propertyViewModel.mapPosition) {
ForEach(propertyViewModel.properties) { property in
Annotation("", coordinate: CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: property.lat, longitude: property.lon)) {
...
}
}
UserAnnotation()
}
So I'm hit with two rejection reasons with this one line.
UserAnnotation()
And the reviewer is talking about something like
the app is not functional when Location Services are disabled.
To resolve this issue, please revise the app so that the app is fully functional without requiring the user to enable Location Services.
Well, I can remove the UserAnnotation() line if I want to put this application through the review process. Nothing will become dysfunctional, though, if you decide to reject permission request. So
would you remove it
or would you play along with this reviewer
if you were me? It's been three or four days since rejection. As you can imagine, the reviewer doesn't bother to answer as to
What are the exact coordinates that the application has allegedly collected
What won't work as a result of location permission request refusal.
This isn't the first time I get my app rejected. I've probably had 150 to 200 of them rejected in the past 15 years. And just because a reviewer rejects your app for a bizarre reason, would you give in? Remove this feature and that feature because the reviewer is incompetent such that he or she makes his or her decision based on imagination? What do you think?

Hi, I have a big suggestion for the next update!
My suggestion is to upgrade the call filtering system :
- “Block suspicious calls”
It automatically block numbers that are likely to be unwanted or spam. These calls should not ring, should not appear in the call history, and should be silently discarded.
- “Block unknown callers/hidden numbers”
Instead of receiving a call from a hidden or unknown caller and seeing it appear in the missed calls list, the call should be completely blocked and not recorded at all, no notification, no sight of call.
- “Filter numbers that are not from contacts”
If the same unknown number calls too frequently within a week and the user never answers (for example 10 times per day, or 5 times per day if considered suspicious or too much spam in a little time), the iPhone should automatically block this number.
The device would display a message such as: “This number has called too many times and has been automatically blocked for 3 day(or 1 week).” The block could also apply to the entire IP range or source associated with the unknown caller.
It is very helpful for most of unwanted calls.
I am just starting to learn SpriteKit and I'm having trouble selecting a scene to preview an action in the actions editor.
I created a new macOS Game project (Language: Swift, Game Technology: SpriteKit). When I open the generated 'Actions.sks' file, I see the message "No Preview Scene Selected" in the editor. I see the 'GameScene.sks' scene listed in the "Select..." control in the lower right, but it is greyed out. I'm not able to figure out how to select a scene to preview the action.
I'm running Xcode 26.2 on macOS 15.
Thanks very much for the help.

A foundation models bug I keep running into when in the preview phase of the testing. The error never seems to occur or break the app when I am testing on the simulator or on a device but sometimes I am running into this error when in a longer session while being in preview.
The error breaks the preview and crashes it and the waring on it is labeled as : "Assert in LanguageModelFeedback.swift"
This is something I keep running into, where I have been using foundation models for my project
SKProductsRequest always returns as USD not local currency for debug environment and even some time it fails. This is only happening for debug or TestFlight build.

I am submitting this appeal because we believe our app was misunderstood and the review outcome and follow-up communication have been unfair and mechanically handled.
1) What happened / Outcome we disagree with
Our submission was rejected under Guideline 4.8 – Design – Login Services, with the reviewer stating that our app uses a third-party login service but does not provide an equivalent login option that meets Apple’s requirements (limited data collection, private email option, no advertising tracking without consent).
However, our game does not require or force any third-party login. The feature being treated as “login” is not a login service at all—it is Mainland China real-name / anti-addiction compliance verification.
2) Why we believe we comply with the App Review Guidelines
A. The feature in question is compliance verification, not login
Players do not need to create or log into any in-game account to play.
The flow exists solely to satisfy Mainland China real-name/anti-addiction compliance requirements.
Verification can be completed by either:
Using TapTap only as a real-name verification authorization option, or
Manually entering a Chinese ID number + legal name to pass verification and play.
Because this is verification, not an account login, Guideline 4.8 “Login Services” should not apply in the way the rejection message assumes.
B. There is no “playable account” to provide
After we clarified the above, we continued to receive repeated, template-like requests to provide a “playable account.” This request does not match our product design: there is no account system required for gameplay, so there is no “review account” to provide.
We have already provided the information needed to complete the verification path (ID + name for the compliance flow), yet the responses remained repetitive and did not reflect that the reviewer checked our explanation.
3) Why we believe the handling was unfair
Even after clearly explaining that this is not a login system, the review communication continued with mechanical responses that did not address the clarification. This caused significant delays to our release timeline and appears to be unfair treatment compared with many existing App Store apps that use similar compliance verification flows.
4) What we are requesting from the Appeals Team
Please investigate and correct the misclassification of our real-name compliance verification as a “login service” under Guideline 4.8.
If the team still believes Guideline 4.8 applies, please provide:
The specific guideline rationale, and
The exact screen/step in our app that is being interpreted as “login.”
Please advise what specific materials you need to proceed efficiently (e.g., screen recording of the verification flow, step-by-step review instructions, configuration notes). We are ready to provide them immediately.

Hello,
I’m looking for assistance regarding my Apple Ads account.
When I try to log in, I receive the following message:
“This Apple Account is no longer authorized for Apple Ads. If you believe that this is an error, please contact us.”
When I click “Contact us,” I am redirected back to the same message and cannot submit a support request.
I have not received any email explaining this restriction.
At the same time, my ads appear to still be running, as I am seeing new users coming into my app. Since I cannot access the account, I currently have no visibility or control over active campaigns and potential ongoing spend.
I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this or how to directly contact Apple Ads support, as I am unable to reach them through the platform.
Thank you for your help.

I am reporting a regression/behavioral change in the SwiftUI layout engine when building with Xcode 26 (iOS 26 SDK).
In previous versions (Xcode 15/16 and iOS 17/18 SDKs), a TabView using .tabViewStyle(.page(indexDisplayMode: .never)) correctly respected the coordinate space when combined with .edgesIgnoringSafeArea(.vertical).
However, when compiling with the iOS 26 SDK, the internal views of the TabView render "out of bounds," pushing content vertically beyond the intended safe area boundaries and causing UI overlapping/clipping - an abnormal behavior.
TabView(selection: $selectedIndex) {
ForEach(0..<data.count, id: \.self) { index in
nextPreviousHandlerView(id: data[index])
.tag(index)
}
}
.tabViewStyle(.page(indexDisplayMode: .never))
.edgesIgnoringSafeArea(.vertical) // Causes vertical "jump" out of bounds in Xcode 26
Hi
From https://developer.apple.com/metal/jax/
I checked all active workflows on https://github.com/jax-ml/jax
and any open issues with tags Metal
and seems in DEC 2025 the Jax maintainers have closed all issues citing No active development on Jax-metal and the project seems dead.
We need to know how can we leverage Apple silicon for accelerated projects using popular academia library and tools .
Is the JAX project still going to be supported or Apple has plans to bring something of tis own that might be platform agnostic .
Thanks

I've requested app development and am currently publishing it, but I can't contact the app development company and am unable to pay the annual fee to Apple. I don't know my registered account, so what should I do? I contacted Apple Japan, but they only handle personal inquiries and cannot handle business app development requests, so they suggested I post a question on this website. Thank you in advance.
We put the apple-app-site-association file at https://ourdomain.com.tr/.well-known/apple-app-site-association.
When we send a request to url, we get 200 response code every time and we can see the file. But sometimes when we try to access https://app-site-association.cdn-apple.com/a/v1/ourdomain.com.tr url with browser or CMD tool, we are facing with 404 response code.
There isn't any ip adress filter in our systems and we tried using vpn for sending same request from different locations(america and europe) but nothing changed.
In addition, can anyone provide the ip list of apple cdn servers to check the F5 Load balancer WAF logs?
