See title. I'm logged into the correct account, developer mode is correctly enabled, and the associated Apple ID is the same as my developer account. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I only see the public betas that are available.

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it
We registered an Apple Account and started the enrollment as company. Entered DUNS number and everything. Afterwards we got the mail, there is somthing suspicous, we have to reply to germandev@ why we want to be registered.
We found out, that we had a student once who started developing an app and registered themselves with company details. This account seems to be closed, but anyhow, it is mixed now.
I tried to write several times to germandev@ team, but we don't get any reply for weeks.
Who else can help us? Some phone number?
Thanks

I found that only ConditionCode in the current Weather is a field related to weather description, but it is just an enumeration of weather predictions. I want to present different weather descriptions to users in different languages. What should I display to the user based on?
I enrolled years ago and abandoned my app project. I'm trying again now to port a web app I already created but I no longer live in the U.S. Like many countries in the global south, Costa Rica does not have physical addresses. My ID here does not have an address on it. We don't have postal services, not like in western countries. Our bank statements don't have addresses on them: because we don't have addresses. My utility bill is in my wife's name and so is my phone and internet. Yet I'm being asked to provide these details I cannot provide. I cannot pay for a developer subscription otherwise because my card is from a bank here, not the U.S. I also need my developer account to be FROM here so that any business org I create is also FROM here. What can I do? They're asking me for:
A photocopy of your valid (not expired) government-issued identification showing the new address
• A recent change-of-address document filed with your local postal service
• A document from your local registration office showing the new address
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government agency that shows your name and new address
We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution.
We’ve opened multiple support cases, including:
Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since.
Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt.
We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline.
We are requesting:
An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883)
Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling
Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution
We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience.
Thank you.

First of all, I found that after upgrading to this version, my phone gets extremely hot in the background (I upgraded to this version yesterday, and I was using iOS 18.6 before yesterday).
It feels that the camera app has been upgraded inexplicably, the operation is particularly difficult to use, and it does not conform to logic at all. I don't know why it has been changed like this. Can you give users a choice and let them choose whether to use this new version of liquid glass or the classic one?😉
I don't know why the feedback assistant app can't be used, and I will show it in the video below.

I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement.
My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page).
We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back.
We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!
I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it.
• When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup:
“Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.”
• My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases.
• In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account.
This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank).
I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence.
I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Dear Suman,
Here is Volker, senior Advisor with Developer Support, and I am following up on your case. Thank you for your patience.
For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time.
You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device. Learn more about Xcode development.
If you have any further questions or queries, please feel free to contact us. If you contact us by phone, please reference your case number 102654*******.
Developer Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM (GMT+1).
Kind regards,
Volker

Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to get my apple developer account approved for weeks now with so many back and forth messages exchanged. However, I’m still not sure where my application stands.
I submitted my verification docs multiple times through a special link. It was under review but then no one acknowledged its current status. Later, I received a follow up asking me to enrol again because it was causing some issue. But when I tried doing that, it says there is some error And asked me to contact support to resolve this.
how long will this take before I get to the stage where I can make a payment and have my account approved?

I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation:
🔗 TN3159 - Migrating Sign in with Apple users for an app transfer
The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part.
However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer.
My setup:
The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow.
On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend.
The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token.
That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests.
My concern:
Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid.
So my question is:
Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again?
I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

Hello,
I'm hoping to find a solution for a persistent enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community.
For several months, I have been unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The automated system rejected my application, stating my identity could not be verified. This first occurred in December 2023.
I have contacted Apple Support and spoken with a Senior Advisor. I explained that I am willing to provide any documentation needed to verify my identity (passport, driver's license, etc.), but was told this was not possible.
The advisor stated the decision from the automated system is final and the issue cannot be escalated or resolved.
This has put my app, which is fully developed and ready for submission, on indefinite hold.
Has anyone else encountered this specific "identity verification" block where support states the decision is final? Is there a known workaround, a different department to contact, or any other path to get this reviewed by a human?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

I think from January 2025 I'm trying to become a developer for apple. The process was an adventure.
First time I used the website to become a registered developer. All good until i wasn't able to make any inputs in a disabled required field that was required but empty.
I said ok, I'll try to use their support to guide me. After couple of mails I've understood that those answers were like: "sorry for inconvenience but try again maybe you didn't do something as expected". I've restarted the process many times and did tried, nothing worked. So... go back to email with support (note, there is no quick reply, sometimes it takes near a week or so to respond: and the response is "try again, sorry to hear that, let us know if we can help you")
After a month or so i got an email that told me to use the application to enroll. So I decided to use it. So I've canceled my active enroll and moved to the device. My iPad Pro didn't worked, so I moved to MacBook Pro and tried from there with the Developer App. Didn't work....
Go back to email support.
After a while they told me that is an issue with my card and they can't get my money from it, (is the same that I'm using on their store to buy app and it works without any issue).
After another months spent on emails (copule because of their response timing, maximum 2 reply each week) and after I said I'll do my best to find someone from their management to let them know the nightmare that I'm forced to live with the support team, they said let me call you. They called me and their tool for remote view desktop didn't worked so it was like, do this, do that, I did, I did, I tried...ok let's try one more time and don't touch anything after.
I did what they said and they told me that I'll be contacted soon. 2-3 days I waited for the call and...nothing... I did sent reply email support to understand the status of enrollment.
I got this:
"
Thanks for your message. I will be happy to provide a status update.
Your orders have not been successful. I am trying once again today.
Since it is Friday, it will take a little longer to process.
I will check on it again on Monday, when we are back in the office.
Kind regards,
"
And today is Tuesday and nothing...
I did asked also if you can't take my money just let me know the error that you receive so I'll be able to contact card issuer and ask to verify if that is an issue with it. I did asked and they told me they don't see any issue.
Now I'm stuck,,,,
Do I need to contact Tim just to open a developer account? I think he's busy with more important stuff.

Hi everyone,
I submitted the required documents to upgrade my Apple Developer account from Individual to Company via the D-U-N-S and identity verification forms.
It's been a long time, but I haven’t received any response or update from Apple yet. The status is still “waiting for review.”
We are ready to test and upload our apps, but we’re blocked until the account is converted.
Has anyone else experienced this delay recently?
If you’ve been through this and have any advice, I’d really appreciate your help or insights.
Thanks in advance.
Unable to add a user on my app store connect. I get "This field is invalid" error each time. I have tried with a variety of different emails, same error.
