I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing. My situation: Applied over 20 days ago Resubmitted application once Zero communication from Apple No status updates or timeline provided This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants. Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved? I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have made a payment the the Apple developer program from my credit card, I have contacted my bank and they have confirmed that they payment has gone off and all that is left is for Apple to 'bank the payment' on their side but Apple isn't actioning this. I have emailed support numerous times but all I get is an automatic reply acknowledging the email but nothing else, what do I do now, is there any other email or phone number I can contact them on. Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Hi, I'm new to apple, I'm planning to deploy an app in the apple app Store... for this process to be done I've created apple developer account through an iPhone, when following the steps.. it asked to enter DUNS number as I'm business not individual, I've entered it but shown a DUNS number mis match notice when submit, so I tapped back and selected individual and accepted terms and conditions(just to check if it is working), now it was fixed for individual account(can't change), but I need organisation registration, please help me out somebody. There will be pooja goods sales in the app, so the individual account is sufficient or should be as organisation?

My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment. Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains. I can log in but not renew dev programm payment: Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. In trader contact i see a wrong DUNS Number but i enabled no chance to edit. When i try to get a support call, error message wrong email. But in account is the right one confirmed. We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I tried it many times with same result. I don't know what is wrong.

I am a recently joined developer. However, I have 5 app builds, and 3 are in live in the App Store. I recently updated from iPhone 13 mini to iPhone 16e. I am logged into iCloud with my personal Apple ID, but in media & purchases, I am logged in with my Apple dev ID (email has my company domain). For some reason, only my oldest app build is visible in testflight on my iPhone. Logging in on MacBook, I see all 5 apps and current builds. Under testflight tab there, the correct group with my email (same as developer account ID) is listed as invited. Yet, none are visible in my iPhone testflight. Clicking on the invite email gives "Couldn't Load App This invitation cannot be accepted because your Apple Account, (redacted) has already been associated to this app." Does anyone, please, have any advice???

Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

I enrolled years ago and abandoned my app project. I'm trying again now to port a web app I already created but I no longer live in the U.S. Like many countries in the global south, Costa Rica does not have physical addresses. My ID here does not have an address on it. We don't have postal services, not like in western countries. Our bank statements don't have addresses on them: because we don't have addresses. My utility bill is in my wife's name and so is my phone and internet. Yet I'm being asked to provide these details I cannot provide. I cannot pay for a developer subscription otherwise because my card is from a bank here, not the U.S. I also need my developer account to be FROM here so that any business org I create is also FROM here. What can I do? They're asking me for: A photocopy of your valid (not expired) government-issued identification showing the new address • A recent change-of-address document filed with your local postal service • A document from your local registration office showing the new address • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government agency that shows your name and new address

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? First of all, I found that after upgrading to this version, my phone gets extremely hot in the background (I upgraded to this version yesterday, and I was using iOS 18.6 before yesterday). It feels that the camera app has been upgraded inexplicably, the operation is particularly difficult to use, and it does not conform to logic at all. I don't know why it has been changed like this.
