Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.

I strongly suspect that your verification service does not properly recognize Bulgarian ID cards. EuroDev Support Response: My experience with eurodev[at]apple.com has been nothing short of disappointing. After resetting my enrollment process, they ceased communication entirely. Prior to that, responses were vague, unhelpful, and did not address my concerns meaningfully. Given the inefficiency and lack of response from the EuroDev team, I am requesting immediate escalation of my case to someone who can provide a concrete resolution. For comparison, my enrollment in Microsoft’s Developer Program was completed within one week, and their support team responded within a single business day. The level of friction in Apple’s process is simply unacceptable for a company of this scale, not to mention what Apple's vision is missing and what they stand for. I have already paid the $99 fee via the Apple Developer app, but my account still says "Enroll Now" and forward me to browser. No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 8, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, I was charged another €99, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it doesn’t even show as “pending” or “waiting” anymore. I also can’t reach Apple Support, since I’m unable to get a call or send an email. Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation. The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account. What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?

Hello, I am inviting the users to access our Apple Developer Program as the owner of an account. However when the invited users try to sign-up, they get error as : "Your primary email address cannot end in @domain.com. Choose a different email address" How to resolve this ?

I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue.
