Hi there! I paid for my Apple Developer Program/Account but its still pending. Any tips what to do? Thanks!

On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.

Been trying to get into Developer Prgram since December 2025. And like many others, it seems the biggest tech company on the planet cannot streamline an enrollment program. Unless, it’s by design, to test your nerve? Anyways, I have now ended up paying twice, and still not even a squeak from support. There is no Developer Support phone number in South Africa, and mails go unanswered. How is this possible? $200 out of pocket, and nothing to show. Cannot even find a method for refunds. If there are steps to still follow or docs to submit, why take my money, then ask for more info?? But this black hole of SILENCE…. Now that skype is no longer, what other platform will allow me to call the US Support number from South Africa?

Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.

It seems like your enrollment has been stuck in processing for months without any updates from Apple. Despite repeatedly using the 'contact us' option, you haven't received any feedback.

It has been days I made the payment I have heard nothing from Apple, our deadline is being pushed over and over again we are loosing customers to our competitors. I have already reached out via the formal support channel but have not received a response beyond the automated acknowledgment.

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

for over 2 months, I have peen trying to purchase apple developer account, I have submitted duns number, they also requested other verification details which I have submitted over 2 months, and I have tried chatting apple support and they keep telling me it under review for more than 2 months, currently they are not replying my chat

When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column.So then how can I review and accept it?

I have registered for Apple developer program since December and up until now, I am still stuck on payment. I have tried several credit cards but no response. they said it takes 48 days, but mine is over 2 months now. I have sent a message to support and no response. pls what is happening and why is my experience different? why is Apple not debiting my cards and why is support ghosting me. I have received no response at all — no updates, no explanations, and no assistance. Seeing support help others while completely ignoring my case for an entire month is extremely frustrating and difficult to justify. Please see the image for reference. This is a 2020 MBP and ive tried over the past few days and its not recognizing that 26 is available for download. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

I created a developer account in one country and it was active for few years, now it has expired and I have moved to another country. When I want to change the address under "Membership details > Update your information +" it redirects me to a page and I see the following message Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. So I thought may be I should just go and renew the account, but on the payment page there's no option to change country there as well, which is required as I don't have a card from my previous country. It is an individual account. Is there any hope I can resurrect my account?

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

I am creating new Apple ID, I am creating new Apple ID, I am able to verify the email, but when I get to mobile otp verification, I just keep seeing this error I am really frustrated, I tried with multiple pc and browser thinking that maybe my IP is blocked, I want to deploy app on App Store but not able to create basic apple account this is really making me go mad!

I submitted my national ID for verification and then received an email stating that my identity was verified. After that, I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program, but the issue persisted even after they instructed me to proceed. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.
