Unable to Complete Apple Developer Enrollment – No Response After Payment
Developer Tools & ServicesHello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I’ve run into repeated issues and haven’t received any response or confirmation. Here’s what I’ve tried: I created a new Apple ID with my real name (first and last name). Enabled two-factor authentication. Verified that my billing and shipping addresses are complete. Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple? Thank you in advance. Unable to log into Developer Account
Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

Apple Developer Enrollment — I'm the LLC Owner but Getting Upload Error
Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Ongoing Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error. I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability. Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution. Applying for Developer Program outside of supported regions
Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Support when publishing App Store App.
I am a new app developer and am entirely new to the process of developing and publishing an app. Right now I am in the midst of publishing my app and have bumped into an issue which app store connect isn't really helping to answer. I was wondering if I could get help here for these issues. Have a countdown feature that works based on device id. The device id and all others go through but the countdown feature doesn't show up. This is an issue that only seems to occur on the App Review's ipad air (5th gen) iPadOS 18.5. I have tested the app on my iphone 14,ipad mini and ipad pro with no issues. I'm not sure how I am supposed to solve an issue which I am unable to recreate. (I have told Apple Review to try reloading the page or resubmitting the dates required for the countdown. They claimed to have resubmitted the dates but have mentioned nothing about reloading the page.) Currently, I am trying to find a way to work the app on the ipad air but if i am unable to recreate the issue,I'm not sure how to solve it. please help!

Error Adding Account to Visual Studio 2022
I'm trying to add an Enterprise Apple account with the username and password of my developer account, which has worked once before. Now its giving me the following error: "There was an error while trying to log in: No trusted devices or trusted phone numbers are configured for this account." which doesn't make sense because the 2-Factor Auth works when I login to the website. What am I missing? I think the only thing different is I'm using a different Macbook, but should that make a difference? Has anyone else had this error from Visual Studio?

We need to regain access to maintain our app on the App Store
Hello Developer Community, I'm facing a critical situation with our company's Apple Developer Account. We are unable to access our account because: The admin of our Apple Developer Account is a former team member We cannot reach this person anymore We need to regain access to maintain our app on the App Store Questions: What is the official process to recover account access in this situation? What documentation will Apple require to verify our company ownership? Who should we contact at Apple to start this process? Missing CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification before REFUND notification in App Store Server Notifications
We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior

No Response from Apple Developer Support for Over 3 Weeks (Ref: 102519221138)
We are experiencing serious issues with Apple Developer Support. We submitted a support request with reference number 102519221138 over three weeks ago, but despite multiple follow-ups (three times so far), we have received no response. This lack of support is extremely frustrating, as we are currently completely blocked from publishing our app due to this unresolved issue. The delays are impacting our release timeline and causing significant problems for our team. It feels like the Apple Developer Support is non-existent, and we are unsure how to proceed. No renew button in developer app, signed in a account holder
I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.
