Ongoing Issue with Apple Developer Program Enrollment
Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error. I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability. Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution. I would appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving this issue so I can complete my enrollment. Best regards, Gulf Now

Enrollment Button not working on Apple Developer App
Hello Apple Support team, I hope You are doing well this is Muhammad Musaab and i am currently applying for the apple developer program i have successfully completed my apple profile and when i logged in to my developer app on macbook and also on my iphone the enrollment button gets grayed out and unclickable, please i do not want to sign up on web page i am asking help regarding the grayed out button i am getting on apple developer app. Kindly resolve this issue as soon so that i could provide my unique games and apps to apple users. Apple Developer Program Enrollment Application Not Processing (South Africa)
Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

Stuck in Manual ID Review for Apple Developer Program (39 Days and Counting)
Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Hi everyone, I’m looking for guidance on the proper procedure and requirements to list a Real Money Gaming (RMG) app—specifically a Rummy app—on the Apple App Store for Indian users. From my understanding of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps involving real-money gaming must comply with specific rules around licensing, geo-restriction, and payment handling. However, I’d appreciate clarification on the following points: 1. Licensing Requirements: • What type of license or legal documentation is required for listing an RMG app in India? • Does Apple require proof of approval from Indian gaming authorities? 2. Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Unable to test in-app purchase integration
We are trying to implement / test in-app purchase for our subscription purchase in the app. We have done all the steps listed in the documentation on apple's website; and Our subscription plan is sitting in 'Ready to Submit' state. We tried to test using, ''com.apple.test.Subscription1.monthly'', as instructed but we have not been successful with that. And seems like (based on online search), it doesn't work all the time. We also searched online for a solution, and some of the forums suggest that we have to submit the app for review when adding subscription for the first time. It doesn't mention the same that in the apple documentation. It confusing. Help and guidance in this regard would be really appreciated.

Request for access to Family Controls entitlement
I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Can't change phone number for my Apple Developer account
Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.
