Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.”
I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided.
This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need:
A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked.
Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access.
Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this.
Is this a known issue?
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already:
• Set my Apple ID region to the United States
• Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address
• Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States
• Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above
Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE.
Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly?
Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I have been waiting for weeks with no response from Apple Support. Despite sending two emails (and now a 3rd) in an attempt to get a reply, I still haven’t heard back, even though I have completed all the necessary steps and received confirmation that my enrollment process has started.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how did you manage to resolve it, or do you have any advice on how I can get Apple to respond and take action?
I would really appreciate any insights or suggestions. Thank you in advance!

This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation:
We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases.
We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card.
I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so.
Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps.
And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests.
Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

I selected "Individual / Sole Proprietor" during enrollment, but I’m being redirected to an organization agreement with the message:
“Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.”
Why is this happening, and how can I restart enrollment properly as an individual?

I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL:
https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list
The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page.
What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem.
I’ve already tried:
Logging out and back in
Clearing browser cache
Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome)
Using Incognito/Private mode
Still no luck.
Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps.
As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing.
To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation.
From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives.
We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required.

I have a problem with the enrollment to Apple Developer program, because the page show the message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time", I have 1 week watting for any news for the Send Files to Apple Support but not yet any new news. What I can do about this case?
I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing.
My situation:
Applied over 20 days ago
Resubmitted application once
Zero communication from Apple
No status updates or timeline provided
This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved?
I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭.
But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“
But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one.
So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

I'm currently coding an application using Azure Entra External ID (B2C) with User Flows and multiple identity providers configured.
So far, I’ve successfully linked Microsoft, Google, and Facebook. However, when configuring Apple as an identity provider, the User Flow fails with the following error:
"invalid_request invalid web redirect url"
Following the Microsoft Learn guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/customers/how-to-apple-federation-customers), I completed the following:
Create an Apple application
Sign in to the Apple Developer Portal with your account credentials.
From the menu, select Certificates, IDs, & Profiles, and then select (+).
In the Register a New Identifier section, select App IDs, and then select Continue.
For Select a type, select App, and then select Continue.
To Register your App ID:
Enter a Description.
Enter the Bundle ID, such as com.contoso.azure-ad. Explicit naming such as com.myappdomain.myappname recommended.
For Capabilities, select Sign in with Apple from the capabilities list.
Take note of your Team ID (App ID Prefix) from this step. You'll need it later.
Select Continue and then Register.
From the menu, select Certificates, IDs, & Profiles, and then select (+).
In the Register a new identifier section, select Services IDs, and then select Continue.
In Register a Services ID:
Enter a Description. The description is shown to the user on the consent screen.
Enter the Identifier, such as com.contoso.entra-service. Explicit naming such as com.myappdomain.myappname.service is recommended. Take note of your Service ID identifier. The identifier is your Client ID.
Select Continue, and then select Register.
From Identifiers, select the Service ID identifier you created.
Select Sign In with Apple, and then select Configure.
Select the Primary App ID you want to configure Sign in with Apple with.
In Domains and Subdomains, enter the following by replacing
with your tenant ID or your primary domain name, and
with your tenant name. All characters should be in lower-case. As an example:
.ciamlogin.com
.ciamlogin.com
In Return URLs, enter the following by replacing with your tenant ID or your primary domain name, and with your tenant name. All characters should be in lower-case.
As an example:
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
Select Next, and then select Done.
When the pop-up window is closed, select Continue, and then select Save.
Create an Apple client secret
From the Apple Developer portal menu, select Keys, and then select (+).
To Register a New Key:
Type a Key Name.
Select Sign in with Apple, and then select Configure.
For the Primary App ID, select the app you created previously, and then select Save.
Select Continue, and then select Register to finish the key registration process.
Take note of the Key ID. This key is required when you configure the identity provider.
To Download Your Key, select Download to download the .p8 file that contains your key.
Select Done.
Configure Apple federation in Microsoft Entra External ID
After you create the Apple app, in this step you set the Apple app details in Microsoft Entra External ID. You can use the Microsoft Entra admin center to do so. To configure Apple federation in the Microsoft Entra admin center, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Browse to Entra ID > External Identities > All identity providers.
Under the Built-in tab, select Apple.
The Name Apple is autopopulated. It cannot be changed.
Enter the following details:
Client (Apple service) ID: The client ID of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Apple developer team ID: The Apple developer team ID related to the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Key ID: The key ID of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Client secret (.p8) key: The client secret key of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Select Save. You’ll see Apple listed as a configured identity provider.
Add Apple identity provider to a user flow
At this point, the Apple identity provider has been set up in your Microsoft Entra External ID, but it's not yet available in any of the sign-in pages. To add the Apple identity provider to a user flow:
In your customer tenant, browse to Entra ID > External Identities > User flows.
Select the user flow where you want to add the Apple identity provider.
Under Settings, select Identity providers.
Under Other Identity Providers, select Apple.
Select Save.
❌ The Issue
After completing all steps, Apple still fails during sign-in, while the other providers work correctly.
The error message I receive is:
"invalid_request invalid web redirect url"
Request for Help
I'm unsure where the misconfiguration may lie — whether it's with:
The Return URLs entered in the Apple Developer portal,
The Client ID or other fields in the Entra portal,
Or something else I’ve overlooked.
If anyone has successfully configured Apple ID federation with Azure Entra External ID (B2C) and encountered this error, I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions.
Thank you!
I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement.
My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page).
We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back.
We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!
