I’m developing an app that includes a navigation bar with a centered title and a single right bar button item. I’ve noticed that when both the navigation bar title and the right bar button item’s title are relatively long, the navigation bar title becomes hidden.
This issue only occurs on iOS 26. When running the same code on iOS 18, the layout behaves as expected, with both elements visible.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior on iOS 26? Is this a known layout change or a possible bug?

In the clock app when making an alarm for myself to wake up, I found this bug where If you swipe left On an alarm without deleting it and then Swipe right it does a goofy visual glitch where it teleports to the top of your screen.
Hey, everyone. I'm having an issue with my modal shadows when building for macOS. I've attached an image to show you what's going on.
I have a rounded corner window, and when the In-App Purchase overlay opens, the modal shadow of that rounded window is square (which doesn't make sense, and looks bad).
Can somebody please help me address this? I've tried searching high and low for a solution but I can't find anything :-(
I really appreciate you taking a look! -Logan
Will the draw (animation) functionality of SF Symbols be available when symbols are cut/pasted into a Keynote presentation? Better yet, will the draw tools from SF Symbols 7 be available in Keynote for objects created in Keynote?
Development environment:
Simulator: iOS 26 beta 3 iPhone 16 (for testing)
Simulator 2: iPadOS 26 beta 3 iPad Air 13 inch (M3) (for testing)
Connected Device: iPadOS 26 beta 3 iPad Pro 11 inch (M4) (for testing)
Dev Device: macOS Tahoe 26 beta 3 Macbook Air
When using the NavigationSplitView element, the sidebar has a built-in panel toggle button.
However, when I click the toggle button to toggle the sidebar section in SwiftUI 26 on both simulator 2 and the connected device, it has a slight animation glitch before going back to normal. What's going on?
This is my code for the specific view that has the NavigationSplitView (and all views are connected through TabViews):
RecordsPage.swift
Here are image references:
When I clicked the toggle:
After 1~2 seconds:
These images are in the state of the panel being hidden.
I placed apple.logo symbol image on the top of a view. This view is used to link or unlink Apple ID for user. In the middle is the apple sign in button. I want to use something to describe or represent what the view is, instead of using text description. so I think sign in's company logo is a good choice. Is it allowed by apple official?
In the past, we had a red badge without a number on the app icon. We want to bring it back. Please provide instructions.
We all know that the feature “Always On Display” is available only on pro models.
I checked in iPhone 14 Plus, that feature became visible in “Search” menu under “Settings”. If a user types “Displa”, then the search results show “Always On Display” as a result.
When I click on that, it navigates inside “Display and Brightness” and we found no toggle for “Always On Display”.
So, displaying the same on search result is a big bug which needs immediate attention from Apple. Users are getting confused whether iPhone 14 plus has that feature or not..
**Possible reason: **
I believe Apple releases iPhone OS versions in a single release each time and must be applying any kind of feature flagging to enable / disable a feature in a version or for a model. The feature flagging might not be working with Settings menu’s Search service or the code is not properly modular.
Hi all,
I wanted to check whether the NFC bottom-sheet UI shown by iOS during an NFC reading session can be customized.
We have a Figma design (attached) for how the sheet should look, but we are not sure whether iOS allows modifying the default NFC UI.
Is UI customization supported, or is the bottom sheet fully controlled by the system?
Thanks in advance.
Hi there
I have developed an offline algorithm for calculating tides, which works based on the built-in database of tidal stations in some regions. The algorithm works correctly and the results match the real data.
I would like to receive and add moon data from Weather Kit to the algorithm for performance improvement experiments. What requirements do I need to apply to the application so that I can use data from Weather Kit in my algorithm ?
This issue affects core system UI elements such as Control Center, notifications, and system apps. In iOS 26, the Liquid Glass UI introduces excessive transparency and blur across the system. This significantly reduces text readability, lowers contrast, and causes visual fatigue during prolonged use.
There is currently no true option to fully disable Liquid Glass effects. Existing accessibility settings only partially mitigate the issue and do not restore a solid, high-contrast interface similar to iOS 18.
Please consider adding a system-wide toggle to completely disable Liquid Glass and transparency effects, or provide a solid UI mode for users who prioritize readability and visual comfort.
This is especially important for accessibility, as the current design negatively impacts users sensitive to eye strain and low contrast.
Hi everyone,
I’m testing our SwiftUI app on both Xcode simulator and a real iPhone. On the simulator, everything looks clean and aligned. But when I run it on an actual iPhone (same build, iOS 18), the layout looks broken—fonts overlap, spacing is off, and elements are misaligned.
Both screenshots are from the exact same screen and time. First is simulator, second is iPhone.
Any idea why this difference happens? Is there something I should check in terms of rendering or layout settings?
Thanks in advance!
I've been playing around with iPad PRO M5 13" as part of my goal to implement some music relating SPH particle simulation effects on it - and this involves utilizing tap events also from the incredible looking fresh screen the device has.
See more information from here, all should be overreactively implemented but the ideas remain (with almost zero cost copy fragment shader) :

This attached image shows the tap effects implementation brought just bit a little further than in the video.
I am writing to express interest in engaging with Apple regarding a highly original and commercially relevant concept related to future iPhone innovation.
Given the confidential and proprietary nature of this idea, I am not in a position to share details through an open inquiry or standard feedback form.
I would welcome the opportunity to present this concept through an official and formal communication channel that ensures appropriate confidentiality and professional evaluation, should Apple have an established process for external innovation or partnership discussions.
Please advise if there is a suitable point of contact or procedure for initiating such a conversation in accordance with Apple’s policies.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Please feel free to contact me though my email or phone

Liquid Glass was introduced as a universal design language for all platforms, but isn't supported by visionOS 26 beta.
For a small team creating a visionOS app targeted for release in fall 2026, should we focus our design work on Liquid Glass, or for the existing visionOS design language?

Hi, I just had V1.0 of my app approved on the App Store and I immediately noticed that the icon preview is broken.
It looks good in Xcode, on-device and also in the App Store link preview.
The icon was built with Icon Composer.
Here's the difference (left is App store):
Has anyone encountered the same issue and found a solution?
I was wondering if errors are common for the code below for saving SwiftData data and what would be the best way to handle them (popup, closing the app)?
do {
try modelContext.save()
} catch {
print("error")
}
We're using StoreKit for in-app purchases on iOS, and our backend has the server notification URL configured. However, during subscription renewals, Apple's server doesn't send any requests to our endpoint. What could be causing this?
Hi there. I want to use Adobe XD for designing and prototyping apps, and I would like to get the UIKit design resources working. I downloaded it and tried to open it with Adobe XD, but it threw this error:
There was an error opening the file Apple iOS 26 UI Kit.sketch
(Error code: 115)
I really prefer to use the UIKit in Adobe XD rather than paying for Figma or Sketch. Thanks.
