Title: Apple Developer Program membership still not active after payment (3 weeks)

Hello,

I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership on February 6, 2026. The payment was successfully charged and the invoice was issued.

However, my membership still appears as inactive in my developer account, and I cannot proceed with app submission.

I have already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay or know what else I should check?

Purchase date: 06.02.2026

Invoice Number: MC49961752

Apple Order Number: AET2317962

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I'm on week #2. I think this is a common problem. I do have a dead line to get this app up on the beta site.

Same on my side, I have paid the subscription and I‘m waiting for about 5 days now. I created a support ticket but now answer. That’s something which should not happen.

I'm having the same problem. Just curious if your account was activated and how long it actually took. If its a three week process, they should tell you that so you're not constantly looking to see if perhaps you've inadvertently missed the email or if something is missing.

Same here, even called them and the call center was just rude. and said there was nothing I could do but wait.

Yeah so.... What's going on with this? Because I really don't like paying for a service that has an expiration date and not being able to use the service. Feels like a pro-rated kind of situation. Apple what's going on? I can't even find a way to contact your support for billing inquiries. How is that OK?
